Andrew Wiggins can and will play small forward as well as shooting guard.
Anthony Bennett will swing between the small forward and power forward positions.
Mike Miller will play shooting guard along with small forward.
Kyrie Irving will be used at shooting guard at times.
Dion Waiters will handle the point guard duties at various spots throughout the season.
LeBron James will play the 1, 2, 3, 4 and maybe even the 5 position, depending on match ups.
Anderson Varejao and Tristan Thompson can both play power forward and center.
Am I the only 1 that thinks we have way to many small guys, and way to many ppl who DON’T play D. Where is the quality starting BIG man? Our “BIGs” are bench players. The worst part is not being able to trade Waiters and his “Holyer than thow ” attitude.
I agree. I was going to ask Kenny who was going to play defense on this team. The players weren’t interested in it last year. Unless we are trying to become the Denver teams of the late 80’s and score 120 every night….
LBJ is a beast on defense and look for Wiggins to hit the ground running on defense in his rookie year. Varejao although undersized is very solid on defense. The team is never going to be made up of 5 all-NBA defenders so having 1/5 being an elite defender, 2/5 being at least capable if not easily above average defenders is a good start. Defensive play can be contagious and LBJ will make Waiters and Irving play D.
U should be able to trade waiters,Thompson or Bennet and 2 #1 for love and martin
